I am trying to find a copy of the Zenith stereophonic vintage lp that came included with the Zenith stereophonic AM FM console that my Dad bought in the early sixties. It included tracks that I believe were specially recorded for Zenith to promote it's technology, such as 'Just Walking in the Rain' and 'In the Hills of Shilo'. I do not believe these lp's contained the standard versions of the songs that were regularly played on the radio...but studio recordings made by well-known artists Zenith hired for compilation albums that were only available with their stereos. Have you heard of these?
